Zumtobel – Ad Hoc: Deviation from dividend policy – No dividend distribution for the 2025/2026 financial year

Dornbirn, Austria – At its meeting today, the Management Board of Zumtobel Group AG resolved to propose to the Annual General Meeting that no dividend be distributed to shareholders for the 2025/26 financial year. 

The Company is therefore deviating from its previous dividend policy.

Business performance

In the 2025/26 financial year, Group revenue decreased by 5.2% to EUR 1,040.4 million (2024/25: EUR 1,097.2 million).
