EMR is a Swiss service company, offering independent information on the worldwide electrical market industry specifically tailored for CxOs. All rights in and to the Content shall remain with EMR. The Customer may only use the Content provided by EMR for its own business purposes, and, subject to mandatory law, may not make available the Content to third parties, whether against payment or for free.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that EMR has implemented various technical measures to prevent misuse of the Content and the Services. These measures include, without limitation, the insertion of a non-erasable watermark in all downloaded documents identifying the Customer. Furthermore, EMR tracks all connections to the Platform and downloads of Content, including without limitation the user ID and the IP address of the user, and safeguards the log file during an appropriate period of time.
EXERCISE OF USERS’ RIGHTS
You have a right to access, rectify or delete personal information collected concerning you.
If you request the erasure, or object to the processing of data necessary to the performance of our services and/or specified as mandatory, you will no longer be able to access certain Website functions as they require the processing of your data in order to operate.
