Sonepar – Sonepar Spain opens its new headquarters in Leganés
Sonepar Spain has celebrated the official opening of its new headquarters in Ramón y Cajal (Leganés).
A building designed to promote collaboration, innovation and the well-being of its employees.
The inaugural ceremony included a symbolic ribbon cutting and brought together employees and the Management Committee to celebrate this major step forward for Sonepar Spain.
“ The new facilities, where nearly 90 employees currently work, have been designed to meet the needs of a modern, flexible, and sustainable work environment. The building is 100% accessible and has spaces that promote collaborative work, knowledge sharing, and team building,” highlighted Bárbara García Florén, President of Sonepar Ibérica.
In addition, the facilities incorporate state-of-the-art technological and construction solutions, including an intelligent management system based on KNX technology, lighting adapted to circadian rhythms to promote people’s well-being, advanced acoustic solutions and maximum energy efficiency criteria that contribute to creating a more comfortable, healthy and sustainable work environment.
“ This project is part of Sonepar ’s Planet strategy and aims to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification, an international recognition of building sustainability. It joins other company centers already certified or in the certification process, such as the logistics centers in Pinto, Sagunto, and soon, Arteixo, ” stated Bárbara García Florén.
Sonepar Spain thanks all the Sonepar teams and collaborators who made this project possible. The opening of these new offices represents another step in the company’s commitment to people, operational excellence, and environmental stewardship.

- Sonibética: https://sonibetica.com + In compare the rest of Sonepar Ibérica´s companies, Sonibética did not distribute electrical equipment. It was the company that was responsible for offering support to the rest of Opcos of Sonepar Ibérica.
