Siemens Energy – Pekka Lundmark succeeds Matthias Rebellius on Siemens Energy Supervisory Board

Matthias Rebellius (61) will step down from the Supervisory Board of Siemens Energy AG effective September 30, 2026, at his own request and ahead of the end of his term. 

The Munich Local Court has appointed Pekka Lundmark (62) as his successor with effect from October 1, 2026, following a request by the company’s  Executive Board. At Siemens Energy’s Annual Shareholder’s Meeting on February 25, 2027, the shareholders will formally vote on Lundmark’s election to the Supervisory Board.
