Prysmian – Update on the execution of the share buy-back programme

In the context of the ordinary share buy-back programme of Prysmian S.p.A. (the “Company” or “Prysmian”) announced to the market on 7 June 2024 and started on 10 June 2024 pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting with the resolution passed on 18 April 2024 (the “Programme”), Prysmian – based on information provided by the intermediary agent appointed to independently execute the Programme – has purchased from 10 to 14 June 2024, both included, ordinary share (ISIN: IT0004176001) as shown in the table below in aggregate and on a daily basis.
