NKT – Notification of major shareholding

With reference to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, NKT A/S has received three major shareholder notifications from BlackRock, Inc. regarding changes in its aggregate position in NKT A/S.

According to the notifications, BlackRock, Inc.’s aggregate position first increased from 8.46% to 8.51%, subsequently to 8.53% and most recently to 8.54% of the share capital and voting rights in NKT A/S. The current position comprises 8.23% of the voting rights attached to shares and 0.31% through financial instruments.

The notifications further state that the voting rights attached to shares attributed to BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, a controlled undertaking of BlackRock, Inc., first reached the 5% notification threshold, subsequently fell below the threshold to 4.98% and most recently increased above the threshold to 5.05%.

BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited’s current aggregate position amounts to 5.09% of the share capital and voting rights in NKT A/S, comprising 5.05% of the voting rights attached to shares and 0.04% through financial instruments. This position is included in BlackRock, Inc.’s aggregate position stated above.
