NKT – NKT completes expansion of medium-voltage power cable production in Denmark

NKT has successfully completed its investment to expand medium-voltage (MV) power cable production at its site in Asnaes, Denmark.

The upgraded and expanded facility is now operational, strengthening NKT’s capacity and capabilities to support the high demand for power cable systems driven by the energy transition.

NKT has completed the expansion of its medium-voltage production facility in Asnaes, Denmark. The expansion, which was initiated in 2024, includes a new production hall, new production and test facilities and enhancements to the overall production flow, significantly increasing the output from the site. Ramp up of output will continue in the coming months.
