Niedax – The New Generation: Three New Members of the Executive Board at the Niedax Group
The Executive Board of the Niedax Group is reorganizing itself as of January 1, 2023.
As of January 1, 2023, Cornelius Steele, Philipp Stiehl, and Marina Reufels will be part of the Executive Board of the Niedax Group. All three have previously held responsible positions within the group of companies.
“This is a time of great challenges, which we are able to meet robustly thanks to our long-term growth strategy. In order to position Niedax well for the future, we are taking this step to bring the next generation to the helm of the company,” says CEO Bruno Reufels. To this end, the management team has been able to draw on experienced experts from within its own ranks:
- Cornelius Steele is Managing Director of the Niedax Group’s North American and African companies and Head of the Global Team. In the future, he will be responsible for Finance, HR, IT, and the sales regions of North and Central America as well as Africa.
- Philipp Stiehl was previously responsible for the Group’s reporting. In the future, he will take over the distribution business of the Niedax Group outside Germany. Alongside Alexander Horn, he is the second shareholder in the group of companies to become part of the management team. Thus, both founding families will be represented in the Executive Board.
- Marina Reufels will take over the areas of digitalization and international marketing. She is Managing Director of Niedax Digital, which will be merged as a separate division into Niedax GmbH & Co. KG.
Together with Adrian Lowiner, the three new members of the Executive Board will report to the management of Niedax Holding, Bruno Reufels and Alexander Horn. Adrian Lowiner has already been a member of the Executive Board since 2021 within sales and will in future be responsible for the international sales and project management of the Niedax Group.
Bruno Reufels, CEO of the Niedax Group, will continue to manage sales with wholesalers at the operational level. Alexander Horn, Technical Managing Director and shareholder, will continue to be responsible for production and research & development.
