Hitachi Energy to acquire COET

Hitachi Energy, a global technology leader that is advancing a sustainable energy future for all, today confirms it has signed a purchase agreement to acquire COET S.p.A., a leading designer and manufacturer of power equipment for the rail and electric mobility segments, based in San Donato Milanese, Italy. 

COET employs around 80 employees.
