Graybar – Graybar completes acquisition of American Electric Supply

ST. LOUIS, Mo., June 2, 2026 – Graybar, a leading distributor of electrical, industrial, automation and connectivity products and provider of related supply chain management and logistics services, announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of American Electric Supply (AES).
