For the trained plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) technician, who is responsible for heat generation in facility management at the building technology specialist and smart building pioneer Gira (www.gira.de), the local energy supplier’s inquiry was a good sign: It confirmed that the heat pump, commissioned at the end of May on the technology company’s Röntgenstraße campus, was working perfectly.
