ESYLUX – More than 64 control gears with just one control unit: DALI-2 expander from ESYLUX

With two new expanders for installing in ceilings or flush-mounted boxes, ESYLUX is making it easy to increase the number of control gears that can be controlled within a DALI-2 line despite the 64-address limit. 

Each expander is assigned its own address, via which all control gears downstream of the expander are controlled in broadcast mode. To extend the control line, the expander’s integrated bus voltage supply provides 200 or 25 mA depending on the version.
