Bravida – Buyback of shares in Bravida 8-18 May 2026

The Board of Directors of Bravida Holding AB (publ) (“Bravida”) (LEI code: 549300H88IJGPNNL3T61) has, as communicated on May 4, 2026, initiated a repurchase program of ordinary shares of a maximum of SEK 100 million. 

The purpose of the program is to optimize the company’s capital structure and contribute to increased shareholder value. During the period May 8 through May 18, 2026, a total of 125,549 ordinary shares (ISIN: SE0007491303) have been repurchased.

With the support of authorization from the 2026 Annual General Meeting, Bravida’s board of directors has initiated a share repurchase program of a maximum of SEK 100 million until July 9, 2026.
