Bravida – Bravida signs management agreement with the Swedish Healthcare Association regarding overall responsibility for property

Bravida has signed an agreement for technical management of the Swedish Healthcare Association’s property in central Stockholm. 

The project includes overall responsibility for operation, maintenance and coordination of services in the property, in close proximity to Bravida’s GreenHub in the same block.

The assignment has a clear focus on preventive maintenance, energy-efficient operation and long-term value development.
