Assemblin Caverion Group – Caverion secures contract for the construction and operation of the Nordwestbahnhof Education Campus in Vienna, Austria

The consortium consisting of Strabag Real Estate, Hypo Noe, and Caverion Austria has been selected by the City of Vienna for the planning, construction, financing, and execution of the Nordwestbahnhof Education Campus in Vienna, Austria. 

The project will be carried out under a public-private partnership (PPP) model. 

The new education campus, planned for up to 1,600 children, is scheduled to be commissioned in the 2028/29 school year.
