Assemblin Caverion Group – Caverion acquires BS Sikring og Elteknik and strengthens its security business in Denmark

Caverion Denmark has entered into an agreement to acquire the security company BS Sikring og Elteknik ApS. 

The company has an annual turnover of approximately DKK 22 million and 14 employees.
