Assemblin Caverion Group – Acquisition strengthens Assemblin’s ventilation expertise in Norrköping and Nyköping

Assemblin Ventilation has acquired NewVent Norrköping AB (”NewVent”) through an asset deal. 

NewVent operates in Norrköping and Nyköping (Sweden), has seven employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 12 million. 

NewVent was founded in 2014 and offers project management, installation and service of ventilation technology, mandatory ventilation checks, as well as fine-tuning of ventilation systems.
