ARE Oy – Cooling the shopping center from the rushing waters of a rapid: ARE is responsible for the operation of a unique cooling system

The Koskikeskus shopping center property, which is part of the Tampere maintenance facilities of building services company ARE, is cooled using the cooling power obtained from the water of Tammerkoski. 

During week 35, Tammerkoski was emptied for numerous maintenance works by various operators. At the same time, ARE professionals took care of the regular inspection of the cooling equipment.
