ARE Oy – Building services company ARE involved in the implementation of Fazer’s new chocolate factory

ARE is implementing the heating and water works for Fazer’s new chocolate factory, which will have an area of ​​approximately 33,500 m². 

ARE’s work includes the construction of extensive production facilities, staff canteens and technical facilities.

About 90 percent of the area of ​​the chocolate factory being built in Lahti is production space, with heights of up to 13 meters in some places.
