Ahlsell – Ahlsell acquires KE Therm AB

Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in KE Therm AB, a leading specialist in solar hybrid, district heating and district cooling solutions. 

The company has 23 employees and annual revenue of approximately SEK 86 million.

Since 2013, KE Therm AB has established a strong position with a broad offering in the field.
