Ahlsell – Ahlsell acquires Batteribolaget

Ahlsell Sverige AB has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Bilco Bilbatterier AB (Batteribolaget), a specialized distributor of batteries, chargers, power supplies and accessories. 

The company was founded in 1961 and has ten employees with annual sales of approximately 70 MSEK.
