ZVEI – Electrical exports increased significantly in the first quarter.

Exports from the German electrical and digital industries rose again in March 2026: at €24.2 billion, they achieved an increase of 10.3 percent compared to the previous year. 

In the first quarter of 2026 as a whole, aggregated industry exports abroad increased by 8.0 percent to 68.5 billion euros compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
