Sonepar – Cebeo acquires Carbomat

Waregem, May 9, 2025 – Cebeo , the Belgian leader in the distribution of electrical engineering equipment and a subsidiary of the world leader Sonepar, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to take over the activities of Carbomat from July 1, 2025. 

Carbomat is a leading local wholesaler of electrical installation equipment, lighting, renewable energy, and charging solutions. It operates in and around Halle and serves a broad customer base in the region southwest of Brussels.
