Sonepar – Cebeo acquires Aleco

Waregem, February 27, 2026 – Cebeo, a Sonepar company, is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to acquire Aleco’s operations, effective May 1, 2026.

Aleco is a local wholesaler of electrical materials, cables, lighting, HVAC, and sustainable energy, founded in 1997 by Geert Tournoy and Francis Van Den Driessche.
