SOCODA – Vincent Kuss appointed Chairman of the Board

Paris, February 3, 2026 – The SOCODA Group, the leading network of independent distributors for the Building and Industrial sectors in France, announces a change in its governance. 

After six years as Chair of the Board of Directors, Pauline Mispoulet will hand over the reins to Vincent Kuss, effective February 9, 2026.
