  • The Supervisory Board of Siemens AG has decided to extend the Managing Board contracts of Veronika Bienert and Peter Koerte – ahead of schedule – as of April 1, 2026, for another five years.
  • Veronika Bienert is to succeed Ralf P. Thomas as CFO in the course of fiscal 2026.
  • Peter Koerte will continue to play a key role in the implementation of the ONE Tech Company program – in particular, in the strategic orientation and development of the AI portfolio.
