Rockwell Automation – Rockwell Automation and SLB complete dissolution of Sensia joint venture

MILWAUKEE (April 1, 2026) – Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE:ROK) and SLB (NYSE: SLB) today announced they have completed the dissolution of the Sensia joint venture.

With the dissolution now finalized, each company has assumed the Sensia products, services, and teams aligned to its strategic focus.
