Rockwell Automation – Rockwell Automation and SLB announce dissolution of Sensia Joint Venture

MILWAUKEE (Nov. 6, 2025) – Rockwell Automation, Inc. and SLB today announced that, following a strategic review, both companies have agreed to pursue an orderly dissolution of their Sensia joint venture. 

Created in 2019, Sensia combined Rockwell’s expertise in process automation and Internet of Things technologies with SLB’s knowledge in oil and gas measurement, instrumentation, and software.
