Prysmian – Prysmian named as preferred bidder for major UK high voltage energy interconnection project

Prysmian has been selected as the preferred bidder for the high voltage (HDVC) cable interconnector project ‘Eastern Green Link 4’ by the GB transmission owners, SP Transmission plc and National Grid Electricity Transmission plc.

 

Contract negotiations are ongoing, and further communication will be made in due course. The value of the award is expected to be approximately €2 billion.
