Oosterberg – CO2 reduction: same direction, new targets
Since 2016, Koninklijke Oosterberg has been consciously working to reduce its CO₂ emissions.
Significant progress has been made in recent years, such as switching to green energy and further optimizing our transport. In the previous period, we narrowly missed our target. Instead of lowering our ambition, we’ve actually raised the bar. In this article, we’ll take you through our emissions for the first half of 2025, the new target, and the measures we’ll be implementing to achieve it.
Progress in the first half of 2025
Oosterberg’s total CO₂ emissions for the first six months of 2025 amount to 1,131 tonnes of CO₂, 4% less than in the same period of 2024 (1,181 tonnes).
