NKT – NKT expands capabilities with new facility for power cable testing

NKT has powered up a new building in Karlskrona, Sweden, for tensile and bending testing of high-voltage power cables as part of the ongoing investments in one of the world’s most advanced test centres for high-voltage power cables.

As part of the ongoing investments in increased installation and production capacity in its high-voltage power cable business, NKT is also expanding its testing capabilities and capacity at the Swedish site in Karlskrona. Now, the company has taken another step powering up the new tensile and bending facilities.
