NAED – Urgent: Senate proposal would eliminate valuable Lighting Deduction Section 179D — Your support needed by June 20

As you may have seen, the Senate recently introduced its version of the reconciliation package.

Unfortunately, the language as it currently stands seeks to eliminate the 179D deduction for Energy Efficient Commercial Buildings.
