Bravida – The nomination committee’s proposal for the board of directors of Bravida Holding AB
Ahead of the Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2026, the Nomination Committee of Bravida Holding proposes the re-election of Fredrik Arp, Cecilia Daun Wennborg, Jan Johansson, Tero Kiviniemi and Karin Stålhandske.
The Nomination Committee further proposes the new election of Anette Frumerie and Åsa Landén Ericsson.
The Nomination Committee also proposes the re-election of Fredrik Arp as Chairman of the Board. Marie Nygren is not available for re-election.
The nomination committee for the 2026 AGM consists of Sussi Kvart (Chairman of the nomination committee, Handelsbanken Fonder), Patrik Jönsson (SEB Funds AB) and Joachim Spetz (Swedbank Robur). The Chairman of the Board of Bravida Holding AB, Fredrik Arp, is co-opted to the nomination committee.
The Nomination Committee’s full proposal will be presented in the notice of the Annual General Meeting. A reasoned statement and information about the proposed members will also be available on Bravida’s website, https://www.bravida.se/ .
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
