Bravida – Bravida Finland strengthens its position in Helsinki

Via a transfer of assets and liabilities deal, Bravida Finland has acquired the operations of Nykysähkö Oy and Nykyrakennus Oy, thereby strengthening its installation and service offering. 

The business to be acquired has a turnover of EUR 3.6 million and 11 employees.
