Assemblin Caverion Group – Competition authorities approve acquisition: Caverion Denmark takes over GK Denmark’s service business

As part of GK’s decision to leave the Danish market, GK Denmark’s service business, including Vagns VVS, with almost 200 employees, will become part of Caverion Denmark and will have a central role in the overall organization. 

With the transfer, which will take effect on May 1, the employees will continue their work in a new strengthened framework at Caverion.

GK Denmark’s service business has been a significant growth area in recent years with strong results and a nationwide presence.
