Assemblin Caverion Group – Caverion Germany acquires Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH in Germany

Caverion Germany has acquired  Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH on 4 April 2025. 

Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH is a family-run company, with over 30 employees and annual revenue of more than EUR 5,5 million (SEK 61 million). The company is based in Sprockhövel, North Rhine-Westphalia and offers solutions in the fields of ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, filter and cleanroom technology.
