Assemblin Caverion Group – Caverion Finland acquires Roxia Automation and strengthens its position as a service provider for industrial automation in Finland

Caverion and Roxia Oy have signed an agreement whereby Caverion Suomi Oy acquires the entire share capital of Roxia Automation Oy, a subsidiary of Roxia, previously known as Polar-Automaatio. 

Acquisition is completed on 1 July 2025.
