Assemblin Caverion Group – Caverion Denmark enhances market position through strategic acquisition of GK’s service operations

Caverion Denmark has signed an agreement to acquire the service operations in Denmark from GK Danmark A/S through an asset deal. 

This also includes a share purchase agreement of Vagns VVS A/S, which is a subsidiary of GK Danmark A/S. The acquired businesses have combined annual revenues of approximately SEK 353 million and 184 employees, significantly strengthening Caverion’s delivery capacity across Denmark.
