Assemblin Caverion Group – Assemblin strengthens its capacity in northern Sweden through an acquisition

Assemblin Ventilation acquires Rosendahl Ögrens Kyl och Energi AB, thereby strengthening its delivery capacity in Umeå, Sweden, and the surrounding area. 

The acquired company has annual sales of approximately SEK 13 million and eight employees. 

Rosendahl Ögrens Kyl och Energi AB was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Umeå.
