Assemblin Caverion Group – Assemblin Caverion Norway strengthens its position in Northern Norway through the acquisition of Åge Nilsen

Assemblin Caverion Norway has acquired the plumbing company Åge Nilsen AS. 

The company has approximately 60 employees and annual net sales was of 170 million NOK in 2024.  The acquisition complements Assemblin Caverion Norway’s existing business in Northern Norway in line with the Group’s growth strategy.
