ARE Oy – A single and unified ARE supporting customers – the building services company renewed its organizational structure

Building services company ARE has renewed its organizational structure as of January 1, 2026. 

In the reform, the company will move from the previous division of business to a clear regional organization, where unit management is responsible for all ARE services in their own region. ARE’s service selection and nationwide network of branches will remain unchanged.

With the reform, ARE operates in three business areas, whose service offerings are managed by business managers. Local service is managed by their own unit management in each location.
