Ahlsell – Ahlsell acquires Sørmaskin SWT AS

Ahlsell Norge AS has entered into an agreement to purchase all shares in Sørmaskin SWT AS – a recognized supplier of machinery, industrial products, and services to the business sector in Sørlandet. 

The company has 10 employees and a turnover of approximately 50 MNOK in 2024.

The acquisition marks an important step in Ahlsell’s strategy to strengthen its presence in southern Norway.
