Ahlsell – Ahlsell acquires Scandinox AB

Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Scandinox AB, a niche FlowTech specialist in industrial pipes and steel components. 

The company has five employees with an annual turnover of approximately 70 MSEK.

Since its founding in 1998, Scandinox AB has offered a broad range of stainless steel pipes, flanges, and bar materials to customers in, among others, the pulp and paper, oil, and nuclear power industries.
