Ahlsell – Ahlsell acquires Movab

Ahlsell Sweden, through its subsidiary Prevex AB, has signed an agreement to acquire Maskin och Verktyg i Skaraborg AB and Maskin & Verktyg i Falköping (Movab), a well-established hardware retailer with locations in Skövde, Falköping, and Götene. 

The company employs 33 people and has an annual turnover of approximately 115 million SEK.
