Ahlsell – Ahlsell acquires companies within fall protection

Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in NUAB Fallskydd AB and Cadero AB thereby strengthening the offering within fall protection and training. 

The companies have an annual turnover of approximately SEK 35 million and currently have eleven employees.
 

The companies offer fall protection products as well as services in consulting, inspection, industrial climbing, and installation of permanent systems, along with compliance and safety training in areas including forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial work platforms, and fall protection.
