AD – Commonwealth Group shareholders approve merger with AD

Wayne, PA – The Commonwealth Group (TCG) announced that its voting members formally and overwhelmingly approved their Board’s proposal to merge with AD. 

The merger will be completed in the coming weeks and will be operationally effective on January 1, 2026.
