New governance for a new strategic phase at ACOME
On June 13, 2025, the Board of Directors approved new governance, in line with the ambition set by our new strategic plan “Connect to 2030, by Acome Group.”
- FREDERIC BRIAND becomes Chairman and CEO, succeeding Jacques de Heere.
- Stéphane Samson is confirmed as Deputy CEO.
This duo embodies change within continuity: two complementary profiles, united by a shared vision for the future of ACOME, an international, cooperative, and committed industrial player.
Together, they will lead the major projects for our cooperative:
- Structuring of a true Group organization,
- Acceleration of product and industrial innovation,
- International deployment,
- Enhanced steering focused on our challenges.
This new phase is also a strong signal: at ACOME, we are building the future with responsibility, agility, and a collective spirit.
