TRILUX – TRILUX strengthens Management Board with Chief Sales Officer Carsten Beier
Arnsberg, October 2026 – TRILUX, the German market leader for professional lighting, is strengthening its Management Board.
Effective 1 October 2026, Carsten Beier will assume the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO). In this role, he will be responsible for TRILUX’s global sales activities and drive the further strategic development of the company in its national and international markets.
With Carsten Beier, TRILUX gains an experienced sales and management expert with many years of leadership experience in internationally active industrial companies. Most recently, Beier was Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of RHEINZINK GmbH & Co. KG. Prior to that, he was responsible for Sales and Marketing as Managing Director there.
Before joining RHEINZINK, Beier spent around 25 years working for the Sievert Group. Since joining in 1996, he held various leadership positions both in Germany and abroad, and was appointed to the Management Board of Sievert AG in 2014. In this role, he was particularly responsible for the international sales and marketing business of the group.

As Chief Sales Officer, Beier will be responsible for the further development of the international sales strategy, the expansion of existing markets and the opening up of new ones, as well as the consistent alignment of the sales organization with changing customer requirements. Another focus will be on the closer alignment of sales, market-, and customer development, as well as the further digitalization of sales processes.
