Zumtobel – Results of the 50th General Meeting of the Zumtobel Group AG

Dornbirn, Austria – The 50th General Meeting of Zumtobel Group AG was held as an in-person event at the Light Forum, Höchsterstrasse 8, in Dornbirn today. 

After the Management Board had presented the annual financial statements and the management report of Zumtobel Group AG for the 2025/26 financial year as well as other reports, the General Meeting approved all proposals.

The members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board were released from liability for their activities in the 2025/26 financial year.
