Prysmian – The acquisition of Atkore receives U.S. antitrust clearance

Prysmian communicates that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act applicable to the proposed acquisition of Atkore (NYSE: ATKR) expired on September 14, 2026. 

As a result, the transaction has been cleared for U.S. antitrust purposes.
